July 8, 2010 Chicago-Peak Performance Health Care will host a special “Christmas in July” canned-food drive (July 8-July 30, 2010) to help replenish the local food bank at St. Cornelius Food Pantry. Donations will be collected at Peak Performance located at 6139 W. Touhy, Chicago, IL 60646 from 8 am to 7 pm Monday through Thursday from July 8 to July 30, 2010. Everyone who brings a non-perishable item will receive a FREE GIFT. This free gift includes a nutritional consultation, health screening and foot scan. Screenings can help track down even the smallest amounts of pain, including those with a wide range range of problems such as back pain, headaches, neck pain, shoulder or arm pain, bulging discs, leg pain, numbness and more. Even X-rays will be included if necessary. This free gift does exclude Medicare, but those with Medicare are still encouraged to participate in the food drive. All gifts redeemed will be fulfilled by Dr. Thea Basler, DC.
